Returns are to be announced within 14 days of receiving your parcel. This can be done through the account portal. 

Netherlands: €5 standard shipping. Free shipping on orders over €100.

International shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

For deliveries within the EU, we aim to ship your order within 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
